Dream Rental in Hampton Bays ..... WOW!
Thank you for visiting this temporary website regarding the rental apartment on West Tiana Road. This apartment was designed to give the feeling of home after a long day of work, somewhere to relax and unwind. Once again, I am looking for someone who is responsible, financially stable, and very clean. A non-smoker preferred and someone who loves animals. We have two sweet loving Alaskan Malamutes on the premises in the spring/summer season.
PLEASE NOTE; (this is a winter rental with possible year-round residence for the right person)
The apartment has its own private entrance also has high open ceilings with lots of light from the two large skylights and sliding doors which lead to a private deck. Downstairs has oak floors, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette and beautiful modern stone tile bath upstairs is carpeted throughout and has a large closet and storage space. Apartment is fully furnished if you have furniture other than small items please put them in storage. The Hampton Jitney, train and town are located just minutes away and Red Creek Park is a great place for trails and many sports activities. The Bay is a close 5 minute ride well.
Private parking and other extras included....
This amazing furnished rental apartment is just
$1375 per month which includes basic cable and utilities
(2 persons max).
